Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace

A productive workplace that is secure by default.

Email, files, meetings and devices that work reliably for your people — configured and administered so security is built in, not added later.

An IT administrator and a colleague work through a task together on a laptop.

Overview

The tools your people use every day.

Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and Intune carry most of your business information. Small configuration choices — who can share, who can join meetings, which devices can connect — determine how exposed that information is.

We manage these workloads as one system, so changes to collaboration, email and devices are made with security in mind.

  • Reliable email, files and meetings for every employee
  • Sharing and guest access that match your risk tolerance
  • Consistent, compliant devices from day one
  • One team accountable for the whole workplace

Licensing disclosure

Licensing and availability

Feature availability depends on your Microsoft subscription, product plan and any add-on licenses.

Some capabilities require tenant eligibility, specific configuration or supported deployment environments.

Several services, including Microsoft Sentinel, Defender for Cloud plans and Copilot Studio, include consumption-based charges billed by Microsoft.

Preview features can change and are not recommended for production use without review. We identify preview status in our recommendations.

We do not publish Microsoft prices. Licenses are purchased from Microsoft or your licensing provider, and we confirm current entitlements before proposing implementation.

Questions

Common questions

Do you migrate from Google Workspace or on-premises Exchange?

Yes. We plan and run migrations to Microsoft 365, including mail, files and identity, with a security baseline applied from the start.

What is DMARC and do we need it?

DMARC tells receiving mail servers how to treat messages that claim to come from your domain but fail authentication checks. Major email providers now expect it from bulk senders, and it is one of the most effective protections against domain spoofing.

Can employees use personal phones?

Yes, with mobile application management. Intune can protect company data inside apps such as Outlook and Teams without enrolling or controlling the whole personal device.
