Cleaning up after rapid growth
A firm doubled in size in two years. We remove stale accounts, consolidate administrator roles, enforce MFA and document a repeatable onboarding process.
Managed Microsoft 365
We configure, secure and administer your Microsoft 365 tenant so email, files, Teams and devices work reliably — and your people can get help when they need it.

The business problem
Many tenants were set up quickly, years ago, by whoever was available. Since then, staff have joined and left, sharing links have multiplied and licenses have accumulated. Microsoft adds new features and changes defaults every month.
The result is a tenant nobody fully understands: former employees with active accounts, files shared with anyone who has the link, legacy authentication still allowed and licenses paid for but not used.
What Simba Cyber does
We start with a tenant assessment, fix the highest-risk settings first and then take on day-to-day administration. You get documented configuration, predictable support and a partner who tracks Microsoft changes so you do not have to.
Scope & capabilities
Capabilities are confirmed for your environment during scoping and documented in your agreement.

Sensitive files are reachable through anonymous links. We report on external sharing, set sensible defaults and work with owners to remove links that are no longer needed.
A business pays for several plan types without a clear reason. We map features to needs and recommend a simpler licensing mix before renewal.

Available features depend on your Microsoft 365 plan. Conditional Access, Intune and Defender for Business are included in Business Premium but not in Business Basic or Standard.
Microsoft’s retention policies and recycle bins are not a complete backup strategy. We advise on third-party backup where recovery requirements justify it.
Support hours and channels for administration and user support are defined in your agreement and are separate from 24/7 security monitoring.
Licensing recommendations are advisory. Licenses are purchased through Microsoft or your chosen licensing provider.

Yes. Most engagements begin with a tenant someone else configured. We assess it first, document what exists and fix the highest-risk issues before taking over routine administration.

Microsoft keeps your service available and offers retention features and recycle bins, but these do not replace a backup you control. We help you decide whether third-party backup is appropriate for your recovery requirements.
We plan changes in stages, test them with a small group first and communicate with users before broad rollout. MFA and Conditional Access changes in particular are introduced carefully.
