AI governance & automation

Put AI to work — within clear boundaries.

Prepare your data for Microsoft 365 Copilot, build useful agents and workflows, and govern every agent’s identity, permissions and data access.

A small team discusses an automation idea around a laptop at a round table.

Overview

Value first. Governance always.

The best AI projects start with a specific process: answering routine questions, routing requests or preparing documents. The riskiest start with broad access and vague goals.

We help you choose practical use cases, prepare your data and build agents that have their own limited permissions, a named owner and human approval for consequential actions.

  • AI investments tied to measurable business processes
  • Sensitive data protected before AI can surface it
  • Every agent with an owner, an identity and limited access
  • Human approval where decisions carry real consequences

Licensing and availability

Feature availability depends on your Microsoft subscription, product plan and any add-on licenses.

Some capabilities require tenant eligibility, specific configuration or supported deployment environments.

Several services, including Microsoft Sentinel, Defender for Cloud plans and Copilot Studio, include consumption-based charges billed by Microsoft.

Preview features can change and are not recommended for production use without review. We identify preview status in our recommendations.

We do not publish Microsoft prices. Licenses are purchased from Microsoft or your licensing provider, and we confirm current entitlements before proposing implementation.
